RETURN POLICY
Requirements for a Refund
Refunds can only be granted for items that meet the following requirements:
Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition;
Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and paperwork;
Item(s) must be returned by an insured and traceable shipping method;
E.g. if you ordered a 24 can box and you send us only 16 unopened cans back you will be eligible for a refund only for these 16 cans.
Returns must be postmarked on or before 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1st , the return must be postmarked by January 31st);
The product(s) must have been purchased directly from engage-focus.com, or www.GGunited.com.
If you purchased the product on a third-party website, for example Amazon, you must adhere by such third-party website’s return policy.
GG United Europe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
GG United Europe will refund including shipping costs once the item(s) have arrived at our premises or you have provided sufficient evidence that you have shipped the item(s) back to us.
IF YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECT – We strive to pack all orders perfectly, but occasionally mistakes happen.
If your item is incorrect, please let us know immediately by email to customersupport@engage.gg. We may have you return it for a refund or ship you a replacement without a return.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED – We pack all orders extremely well, but once in a while there could be damages to our cans.
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order that something was damaged by emailing us a photo of the damaged item to customersupport@engage.gg
Keep the outer box, inner packaging and all shipping materials in case an inspection is needed. We will file a claim with the appropriate shipper, usually without requiring a return.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to GG United due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, we will notify you by email. We will then issue a refund (less Shipping & Handling) for the returned product. This refund will be given back with the same form of payment used to place the order. GG United is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly an additional fee, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is en route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost.
Can I change my address after I place an order?
We cannot guarantee that your orden can be changed after it’s placed. If you want to chane or cancel the order, please write us immediately to info@engage.gg.
